So I walked out of the room for just a second to finish talking on the phone. Come back and there was nothing computer was off… complete silence. I knew this was NOT GOOD I've HAD THIS HAPPEN AS A CHILD. This time I was older… Wiser… More experienced with electronics. I thought maybe its my MOBO no lights are on and thePSU light is on. But then again my MOBO is the shit and wouldn't quit on me I know for sure. So time to test psu. Tests came up right that PSU was damaged upon further investigation diode ‘THRMT1’ blew up overheat maybe? i think not just a pos Diode i ripped apart an old trusty spare not needed anymore 250watt psu. And took my needed parts since every psu had the diode i needed. The new one was way better quality and went in soldered perfect. Computer is up and running great. Down TIME : 5hrs . Repair time was less but didn’t want to deal with it when it happened switched to laptop real fast.
